How can I find out about the site rankings?
Our site is regularly ranked by a number of independent companies. For example, Website Grader ranks our web site in the top 1% of all ranked websites. You can also refer to Alexa to see our global and domestic rankings as well as some demographic information.
How come I cannot see my contact information?
The easiest way to look at your contact information, is to create a free user account and look for the services you perform or the goods you sell. If you have any difficulty, please send a message to Support Services to provide a written instruction on how to find your specific information.
How can I change my contact information?
Only the system administrator can make changes to the records in the database of provider information. You can send an e-mail to Provider support services to let us know any changes or corrections.
Does subscription automatically renew?
No, annual subscriptions are good for one year, and a renewal invoice will be sent out about one month prior to the subscription expiration date.
How can I submit an article for publication?
We welcome submissions for inclusion in our e-newsletter from any provider. Submissions are included on a space available basis as promptly as possible. Credit for any article is attributed to the author and contact information is provided as part of the published article. Submissions can be sent to Editor - E-newsletter
Can I participate in a panel to answer questions for seniors?
If you are a registered user of LinkedIn, you are welcome to join our discussion group at Senior Portal. The group is geared to provide an exchange between seniors and professionals where seniors can ask questions of concern to them and professionals can provide general answers.
Is there a way to promote my business to users in my local area?
We have created an area on our portal for Direct Local Marketing. Providers can create a coupon opportunity which will be presented to users in the local area of the merchant. Coupons can have a validity of 3, 6 or 12 months and the text can be customized as requested. If you are interested in participating in this part of the portal, which is free of charge to registered providers, please contact Paulette - Sales and Marketing
Can I link my newsletter to my contact information?
You can provide a link to your newsletter by requesting the link information to be included in your subscriber text. If you author a newsletter, you can submit a request to have the newsletter included on the page of our portal Newsletters of note.
Can I create my own subscription?
No, subscriptions can only be arranged at this time by contacting Paulette - Sales & Marketing since we need to ascertain that a new subscription will not infringe on an existing exclusivity arrangement.
How do I see a list of providers?
Our system does not provide any "list" since providers are matched to users based on zip-code location. A registered user can see any provider by searching on the portal for a desired category of goods or services.
Do you provide statistics and hits to my contact?
We employ tracking software to allow us to report hits to your contact information. We can only provide the time, date and IP address of a user who has looked at your contact information. Specific information can be provided by sending an e-mail to Site tracking support.
