You should take vitamin supplement tablets with room-temperature water, as vitamins' benefits can be compromised by hot or cold drinks. You should avoid coffee or tea for 15 minutes before and after taking vitamin supplement tablets, as caffeine is believed to inhibit the absorbtion of some vitamins.
