Blogs – we have upgraded our blogs to an integrated Word Press system. As a registered user you can post blog entries, or view and comment on blogs written by others. To enter the blog pages, click on “Blog” on the navigation bar. On the right side of the page you will see a list of the categories and topics, as well as a list of recent blogs, recent comments and archives. Click on a topic from the list of blogs written and you can comment by merely clicking on the “Comment” below the text. You can start a new topic by clicking on the “+ New” on the top of the page, and click on “Post” from the drop-down list. A New Post template will allow you to create the blog. Before posting your blog, select a category or categories from the list on the right side of the page to make sure your topic will be correctly classified.

Help – we have added a Support Center with Frequently Asked Questions to assist in the use ofthe web site. You can access this by clicking on the word “Help” on the bottom of any page. We have tried to anticipate any questions you may have, but if you do not see the answer to your question, you can “Post a Public Question” or easily send an e-mail message directly from this part of our website to promptly obtain a response.


Customized pages – in order to meet the preferences of individual users of our web site, we have provided a way for registered users to customize the appearance of their web pages. Using the tools Click on “Customization Menu” towards the bottom of your home page (after log-in), and you will find the instructions to enable you to use the “Customize” menu to select from various font styles, choose the font color and size as well as select the background color for your pages. Once the changes are made, they will apply to all of the pages you view and can be changed whenever you desire.


You can now participate in our anonymous Surveys and Polls on topical issues. Once you make your choice, you can see the updated results to see how your response compares to others.

A new and easier to use index, or site map, is now available and can be found on the bottom of each page at Site Map.

Recent upgrade - We are continuing to upgrade the contact records for providers to show their social media links, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, etc. We recognize the continuing importance of promotion through social media so to enhance the information we provide for providers, viewers will be able to click on the social media web sites of providers to learn more or add personal comments.
