Have any of you seen this?

It arrived in my email somehow...and I clicked to get the newsletters. At
first I was annoyed that I did that, now I'm finding it quite interesting!

they're really trying to use some best practices for health literacy in the
development of their site. The developers recognize how confused and
overwhelmed some older users are on the internet. They've embedded a tool I
ran across a few months ago called "site pal" in a way that seems rather
effective. Of course, all the right drivers need to be in place. And they
could work on their recordings a bit. But....it's a good example:
