Probate services - help with the legal process whereby a court oversees the distribution of assets left by a deceased person’s will.
Trust planning - a person specializing in the design and implementation of trusts. Trusts can be helpful in situations of wealth, protection from certain creditor situations, protection of assets from imprudent spending by someone not accustomed to handling money, long-term care arrangements for the elderly or infirmed and similar situations. They may have a designation of "CTEP" or "CTFA" as part of their professional credentials.
