Investment planning services - a person specializing in the planning of investments and the development of investment strategies, including stocks, bonds, annuities, limited partnership investments, mutual funds, etc. They may have a designation of "AAMS", "AFC", "AWMA", "CFA", "CFM", "CWM", "RFC" or "RIA" as part of their professional credentials.
