A patient advocate acts as a liaison between patient and Healthcare Provider. The Patient Advocate provides an effective mediation and arbitration service to remove obstacles to health care including medical debt issues, insurance access issues and employment issues, primarily for people with chronic, debilitation and life-threatening illnesses.
