The world of horoscopes is a fascinating one which looks into the signs of the zodiac, and where we all fit in based on our birth month. Depending on when you were born, you will have certain attributes and characteristics which define you, all centered around your star sign. Star signs can also have a huge impact on how people go about their daily lives, which of course affects work and business. What makes this more interesting is that certain zodiac signs are more compatible than others, which could contribute to the success or failure of a business. Aries – March 21 to April 19th
Aries is a fire sign and generally people born under this sign are loaded with energy. Many CEOs and successful entrepreneurs are Aries, and this is signified by their attitude towards taking action. The ruling planet of Aries is Mars, and this combined with the fiery nature of the sign, contributes towards a person who doesn’t wait around for anything, when they know what to do, they go right ahead and do it, sometimes before giving it any thought.
Leo – July 23 to August 22
Leo is another fire sign which offers similar characteristics to Aries, leadership and creative drive are what you will find in a Leo. Unfortunately however we can also see that sometimes a Leo is arrogant, stubborn and self-centered, attributes which also can help in terms of leadership. The problem we can see here is that if you have an Aries and a Leo working together, they may provide results because of the competition, but they also may create some real drama in the workplace.
Libra – September 23rd – October 22nd
Represented by the scales, a Libra is known for being a very fair minded and gracious person, who is excellent in social situations. In business, Libras are like the glue which can hold teams together, ensure that everyone has their say, and isn’t afraid to dig people out when they are not on their game. Libra has a very strong compatibility with Aries, and this is why a Libra assistant to an Aries leader, makes so much sense in order to balance the passion of the Aries.
Capricorn – December 22nd to January 19th
The Saturn-ruled Capricorn sign is a complex character who can perform very well in the workplace as a manager. Capricorn’s are mildly ambitious but they do also enjoy understated status, this sign is known for having excellent self-control and being very responsible, unfortunately however they can sometimes be pessimistic and condescending. Capricorns may make a good team leader or manager, but that is as far as they are likely to go.
